Coordinating a project for a pharmaceutical company, we understood the specifics and needs of the customer. All communication and project documentation was developed in two languages, as the customer was English speaking.
The key task was to develop a ready design project in a short time. The room in Shell&Core state had to be adapted for an office with 312 workplaces.
A powder fire extinguishing system was integrated in the server room, as per the client's corporate requirement, and coordinated with the operating company of the business center.

- Checking of project documentation according to the design project, coordination with the business center's operating company;
- drawing up the budget of the project, schedule financing;
- organization of works, delivery of materials, scheduling;
- completing of object, selection of materials, taking into account the tight deadlines according to the visualization
- supervision of work, solution of current tasks in the course of work;
- commissioning works, hand-over of the ready office to the business center operation service;
- final cleaning, moving.
