Total Area: 51 square meters
The main difficult task in work on this project was the desire for a stylish modern interior with a minimal budget, as well as a functional planning solution. Since the apartment was prepared for renting.
Therefore, when redeveloping the apartment it was decided to make a separate bedroom, and wall it off with a glass partition in order to save space. To maintain the coziness and soundproofing the glass partition was supplemented with curtains.
The kitchen was combined with the living room, on the type of studio. Thus visually increased the total area of the apartment, and optimized the cost of unnecessary partitions and doors.
The design was worked out in the Contemporary style, which combined accessibility, functionality, precision and clarity of the overall composition. The deep blue shade gave the room space and evoked a feeling of tranquility.
